Estafa en alquileres a traves de la red

Tengo la necesidad de denunciar la estafa que existe en alquiler de pisos a traves de internet. Esto ya fue publicado en el diario Noticias de Navarra hace unos meses, pero se ve que no pasa de ahi y sigue la misma estafa, incluso aumentada. Busacando piso en Pamplona me la encontre y ahora que estoy buscando en Toledo me he encontrado la misma, includo escrita en ingles. El enganche del timo es un chollo de piso, bonito y muy barato. Segun te cuenta en el correo que te manda, como el esta en el extranjero, Londres concretamente, y solo el tiene las llaves, debes ingresarle dos meses de fianza mas el primer mes, osea tres para que te mande las llaves y claro está que nunca se reciben las llaves. Estos anuncios se encuentran en paginas conocidas para este tipo de auncios como 'enalquiler, idealista,...'

the number of the apartment is #3c. It has 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room.I am looking for someone to live in it,
as soon as possible, because my company has won the auction for a project, in construction, for a building that will rise up in United Kingdom, Liverpool.
I am a civil engineer, so my accommodation period in United Kingdom will be about 4 years. The renting period is from 2 months upto 4 years.
As a result of this I want to rent, for this period, at this price and also to find the perfect person for my apartment.
I`m the owner of the apt and it's like in the pics.The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage
if you want to bring your own (no extra costs).
The rent for 1 month is 350 Euro, but you must to deposit 700 euro/2months (for the whole apartment) including all utilities
(water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, fireplace, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator).
You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution.

This is the main reason I want to rent at this price and also to find a good person for my apartment. I can rent you the apt. for max. 5 years because I have a contract here for this period. I `m the owner of the apt and its like in the pics.The rent for 1 month is 400 EUR and fianza 400 EUR including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning,dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, comunidad etc.). You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I `m the only person who have the keys but I hope that we will find a compromise.

3º Gracias por su interés. El piso está todavía disponible. Me moví recientemente con mi trabajo en Londres, Reino Unido, pero el alquiler es alto aquí, decidía ofrecer para el alquiler el piso que tengo en Toledo. Puedo alquilarle el piso para el máximo 5 años... Éste es el período que tengo contrato aquí, pero puedo alquilarlo por un período más corto también. Soy el dueño del piso y está exactamente como en el fotos. El alquiler para 1 mes es 350 EUR y no incluye todas las utilidades de usted (agua, electricidad, Internet, cable). Usted puede entrar en el piso en el mismo día cuando recibe las llaves.. El único problema es que soy la única persona que tiene las llaves, pero espero que encontremos un compromiso.
